Encourage Your Children to Eat Fruits and Vegetables

When traveling, a good place to start is by encouraging your children to eat fruits and vegetables. Experts tell us that we should consume a minimum of five portions daily. At first this might seem like an impossible target to meet. But just by introducing vegetables into every meal, and promoting fruit as a healthy snack alternative you will be most of the way there.
